Easy Fall Cocktail: Apple Cider Mimosa

Happy (almost) Thanksgiving! It’s been a while–work and life got a bit crazy, but I’m excited for turkey and a few days off next week. For Thanksgiving, my mom always asks me and Krista to make something–I always pick sweet potato casserole, but decided to take a stab at a fall cocktail. If you know me at all, I love champagne & apple cider separately, so an apple cider mimosa was a no-brainer (plus it’s hella easy).

My friend Bri graciously offered to help me test out these mimosas in her adorably decorated apartment because she’s a giver like that & loves all things fall and basic.

These are ridiculously easy (and delicious). What you need:

  • Some champs (Andre will do just fine)
  • Apple cider (preferably from a legit cider mill)
  • Granny smith apple (slice that baby up)
  • Light brown sugar + cinnamon (for the rim garnish)

Processed with VSCO with c1 preset

Wet the rim of your glasses. | Dip into the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture. | Pop your bubbly. | Add apple cider. | Enjoy.
